Update 6/5/14

Hello everyone!  I just wanted to post an update today.  :)  I have been working out and eating healthy.  Yesterday I baked 8 chicken breasts for the rest of the week and am now sitting down to a bowl of oatmeal.  Its good to be back in a lifestyle where I value myself for me and not a number on a scale.  I feel better, have more energy and more confidence.  Working out and eating healthy is so great!  :)

Good planning is critical and that's exactly what you're doing. Nice. I should eat more oatmeal. I like it. I just rarely fix it. You're an amazing person Michael regardless of your size. Isn't that a most awesome revelation? It's groundbreaking, sir. Overjoyed for you!
