Day 37-39 Spring break onto school. Saturday,Sunday,Monday
I kept the calories in check everyday but I did litte for workouts. I went for a walk saturday then on monday I went to lake boomer to take a walk. About 1/3 of the way around it I managed to twist my knee funny so I had to turn back. Weigh day is tomorrow. I don't feel good about it because all I did was veg out and I wasnt OCD about entering my food like I usually am.
