The purpose of this blog is to keep track of my progress as I lose weight and to act as a tool to keep myself accountable on a daily basis. I also want to share my journey with anyone who is willing to read.
I did well on my calories and hit up Zumba! Its amazing!!! I have no rhythm but I have a blast doing it! I love my friends who are willing to keep going to the gym, it really helps so much to have a support system.
